You may already know where your patterns come from.
You may even be able to explain them beautifully.
And yet, when something hits, your body still braces, freezes, spirals or shuts down.
I help you slow that moment down and listen to what is happening underneath it.
Together, we work with your thoughts, emotions and nervous system, so change becomes something you can feel and not just something you understand.

You understand the pattern, but still can’t stop it when you’re triggered.
You overthink conversations, decisions and relationships until you no longer know what you actually feel.
You say yes while something inside you is quietly saying no.
You swing between feeling too much and shutting down completely.
You struggle to rest without guilt or feel worthy without achieving something.
You lose yourself in relationships, become hyperaware of other people’s moods or question whether your needs are reasonable.
You keep having the same argument with your partner, even though neither of you wants to.
Sex feels pressured, disconnected, painful, performative or difficult to talk about.
You’ve tried talking, analysing and understanding, but your body keeps reacting as if nothing has changed.
You are not failing at healing. Your body may simply need to be included in the conversation.
I work with women who feel stuck in patterns affecting their emotional wellbeing, relationships, sexuality or connection with their body.
You may understand these patterns well but cannot think your way out of them.
Or you only know that something does not feel right.
You may be navigating anxiety, sexual trauma, difficulties with intimacy, boundaries or self-worth.
Together, we explore what sits underneath these patterns so you can move towards greater safety, connection and choice.
My couples work is specifically for partners whose relationship feels fundamentally safe and caring, but who need support around sex, intimacy and communication.
I do not offer traditional relationship counselling or work with couples where there is significant unresolved resentment, hostility, contempt or uncertainty about whether to remain together.
If most conversations quickly become arguments, one or both partners no longer feel emotionally safe or the primary need is repairing the relationship itself, I recommend working with a specialist couples therapist first.
My work is most suitable when both partners want to be together and are ready to approach intimacy with openness, curiosity and shared responsibility.
